Luke Berry

Managing Director of Thirdi Property, Luke is responsible for the overall business development and management of the Thirdi Property Group, focusing on the sales and marketing of our development sites as well as the continuous brand development of their national investment portal NextHotSpot.com.au

Ronald Dadd

Director of Finance and Operations, Ron’s main responsibilities are the continuous review and management of the groups operation and finance facilities. With the assistance of his CFP qualifications (Certified Financial Planning), Ron has developed and implemented a number of investment strategies that assist our Joint Venture partners and NextHotSpot members in financing their investment properties.

Robert Huxley

Acquisitions Manager for Thirdi Property and NextHotSpot.com.au. Before joining Thirdi Property, Robert spent the better part of 8 years traveling around Australia researching and securing properties on behalf of development companies. With his experience in researching and securing commercial, residential, retail and industrial developments, our investors and NextHotSpot members benefit greatly from his strategic and no nonsense approach to property development.

Andrew Peterson

Business Development Manager. Andrew manages the development of our NextHotSpot investment portal as well as our telemarketing division. His extensive experience in financial planning and property investment allows our company to deliver quality reports to our members and identify potential property markets well before our competitors.

Heidi Hatfield

Property Manager with Thirdi Sales & Leasing P/L. Heidi is repsonsible for the tireless task of enuring our property management divisions remain compliant as well as managing a growing rent roll of our clients investments. With properties located in multiple states, she is a vlauable member of the team and brings a wealth of experience in this area.

Rebecca Lenon

Property Manager of 'The Palm Apartments' Whyalla. Rebecca is responsible for the day to day running of this Thirdi Development located in Whyalla, South Australia. Through her fantastic work with the many local corporate tenants and real-estate agents, The Palm Apartments is now one of the leading suppliers of long and short term accommodation on the Eyre Peninsular.
