Not only are we delighted to announce that the Thirdi Groups real-estate arm (Thirdi Sales & Leasing) has been selected as a finalist in this year's awards, we are thrilled to announce we are a finalist in two categories, Project Marketing and best Independent Website (NextHotSpot.com.au).
The REINSW Awards for Excellence celebrate the outstanding achievements of real estate professionals across New South Wales, and recognises them as the foundation and future of the real estate industry. The awards also aim to encourage companies to strive for even greater success into the future. The finalists represent excellence in service, creativity, determination, differentiation and commitment. They were selected for their demonstrated achievements of the highest level in their category.
Commenting on Thirdi's selection as a finalist, Luke Berry, Director of the Thirdi Property Group said, “This is a major achievement for our group and to have our project marketing approach & website (NextHotSpot.com.au) be recognised by the REINSW in the same year is a great result".

The Australian Business Awards are a national awards program recognising the success, innovation and ethics of Australian companies and organisations across all industry sectors. Conducted annually, the awards honour Australia's industry leaders through the acknowledgment of innovative business processes, product development, enterprise, sustainability and overall business success.
The Australian Business Award for Marketing Excellence recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding levels in marketing strategy and execution.

The 2010 BRW Fast Starters are richer, faster growing and have higher turnover and more confidence about their success than ever before.
Here is a quick overview on the BRW Fast Starter Awards:
For entrepreneurs and start-up businesses to have qualified, they must:
- Have commenced trading after June 30, 2005
- Have reported at least two fiscal years of revenue
- Have revenue of more than $500,000 in 2008-09
- Have more than one main customer (the bulk of revenue must not be
- from government grants or other start-up-funding)
- Be Australian - not a subsidiary of a multinational
- Revenue for 2008-09 must be more than 2007-08
